The purpose of this panel is to discuss the Supreme Court Ruling in upholding the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  Subtopics of conversation could include:

  • True fiscal impact of Obamacare and rising costs of premiums
  • Losing current insurance policy because it does not qualify as acceptable
  • Dependents losing coverage:
    • Premiums must be under 9.5% of household income or employer coverage is “unaffordable” according to ACA.
    • Covering dependents up to age 26
